Michael D. (“Mike”) Lowry is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County Missouri and a graduate of DeSoto High School. Upon completion of high school Mr. Lowry attended the University of Missouri - Columbia where he graduated Cum Laude, earning the joint degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. While attending the University of Missouri, Mr. Lowry’s superior academic performance earned him membership in the highly renowned academic fraternity Phi Beta Kappa. Additionally, upon completion of his undergraduate education at Mizzou, Mr. Lowry proudly accepted a prestigious internship with United States Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond in Washington, D.C.

Upon his return to the “Show Me State” Mr. Lowry attended Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, earning the degree of Juris Doctor in 1994. Immediately following graduation Mr. Lowry entered the arena of public service where he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jefferson County. Mr. Lowry continued to serve in this position until 1997 at which time he made the decision that he could better serve the residents of Jefferson County in a private capacity. Since this time Mr. Lowry has developed and applied his extensive education & experience to help thousands of clients locally. Michael success is premised upon his ability to constantly apply professionalism, integrity & his vast understanding of the law to the representation of his clients.

In addition to his commitment to the community at large, Mr. Lowry has also provided unprecedented service to the City of Festus where he has served as Municipal Judge since 1999. Michael is also focused on community & county issues where he puts his expertise & experience to work in many capacities. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of DeSoto Rotary Club, and Director of the Board for COMTREA. Michael is currently active as a member of the DeSoto Elks Lodge, as an AMVETS booster, as well as Co-Chairman for Citizens for Proposition Help, the Hillsboro Civic Club, Missouri University Jefferson Club, Missouri University Alumni Association, Board of Directors for the YMCA & Board of Directors - Industrial Development Association - Hwy 21 Task Force.

Michael is also a devoted husband and proud father whose focus is and always will be on the well being of his family and the community where he lives and concentrates his practice. Professionally, Michael D. Lowry is more than an attorney; he is a civic and community minded man who provides unmatched legal representation to his clients.

Steven P. ("Steve") Lednick was born & raised in Crystal City, Missouri, and is a graduate of Saint Pius X High School. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Criminal Justice from Saint Louis University - St. Louis, Missouri in 1994. He attended the University of Tulsa - Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor with highest honor in 2001.

While attending law school Mr. Lednick received multiple academic honors which included Valedictorian of Graduating Class, Order of the Curule Chair, Merit Scholarship, Tulsa Law Review and Phi Delta Phi. He received awards for excellence in Constitutional Law & Legal Research & Writing I & II.  Mr. Lednick was also nominated for the Oklahoma bar Association Outstanding Student Award and served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Program.

In addition to being licensed in all Missouri Circuit and Appellate courts, Mr. Lednick is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma District and Appellate courts, all Illinois Circuit and Appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court - Western District of Missouri, United States District Courts - Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, & United State Court of Appeals - Tenth Circuit.
He is a proud member of The American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar Association, The Illinois State Bar Association, The Oklahoma Bar Association, The Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association & The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Lednick continues his involvement with multiple Admissions and Associations to increase his local experience and vast understanding of law.  As an attorney with The Lowry Law Firm, he has provided legal assistance to hundreds of local clients.  Steve has a broad understanding of law in multiple states and jurisdictions but dedicates his attention to the residents of Jefferson County and of those counties immediately surrounding.  Mr. Lednick is dedicated to his family and his community and continues his involvement in civic associations and organizations who are focused on economic and fraternal growth.
